In Greene County magistrate court a judgment for a $105 with a $15.75 surcharge was entered June 28 against Sarah Dawn Schwery of Jefferson on a charge of public intoxication. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Robert Charles Harvilicz of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia (two separate cases); Andrew Lee Jensen of Jefferson, theft- fifth degree; and Anthony Joseph Nunez of Jefferson, assault.
